Overview
The On-Premise Specialist is a highly collaborative role that functions similarly to a project manager, working cross-functionally across several departments to support and drive various initiatives across the entire On-Premise division. This role is instrumental in managing administrative tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless execution of multiple projects, including but not limited to new account leads tracking setups and reporting , cascading and compliance tracking for national account mandates, and company global On Premise Event management. The On-Premise Specialist will also work closely with internal teams such as On Premise Department, Credit, Operations, and Digital to ensure operational efficiency and flawless communication across all On-Premise initiatives.
Responsibilities
New Accounts Management
• Managing the rep approval request system for New Accounts
• Managing all Lead Tracking
• Collaborative work with the Credit department to open accounts
• Sales Division communication Approvals and denials, timelines of lead, credit application notification, and approval.
• Working hand in hand with new accounts-including weekly meetings with the team and Sr Director
• Coordination with Ops-both warehouse and transportation for "white Glove opening"
• Coordination with POS to managing new account kits, set and approvals
• Monthly reporting-post opening, from 30day to 12 month look
• Monthly Analysis -post-opening executive global insights
• Working with the Graphics Department
ON Premise National Accounts Mandate and Compliant Management
• Communicating all On Premise National account mandates and optional to the sales departments who are in the national account universe
• Analyze On Premise opportunities with in the sub-channel to make sure we are obtaining multiple
• Manage program execution through divisions and overlay teams to ensure the attainment of channel targets as established
• Create and manage National Account compliance
• Meets with National Account Director and Sr Director for On Premise to review goals
Master On Premise Event Calendar
• Create a company global monthly calendar for On Premise
• Create an intake form to standardize the collection of data
• Design and maintain geo tagged state calendar of all events for the company.
Administrative work
The role reports to the Sr Director of On Premise Accounts and supports the On Premise ADM team with various tasks
• Arrange meetings
• Manage budgets
• Create a sell sheet for team initiatives
• Create Presentation decks for National account presentation
Cross functional work
• Work closely with Credit to develop credit applications and national account credit app
• Work with digital team to help launch "leads" in the CRM
• Work with Ops to create a system of how to open account
Cross-Functional Management
• Work with various departments to create turn-key tool solutions to help ensure Sales representative execution on the On Premise Market;
• The departments are Marketing g, Graphics, POS, Trade Marketing, I.T., and Analytics.
• Look for outside technologies to enhance selling both for the rep and the customer.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Prior experience in selling alcoholic beverages or consumer products; experience at a supervisory level, or a Senior Director level from a Supplier
- Strong communication, verbal, presentation, and writing skills; strong supervisory skills in directing, guiding, and developing others; proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
