The Procurement Proof+ team spearheads our ambitious economic inclusion efforts, Scope 3 upstream reduction goals, and Human Rights Due Diligence at Suntory Global Spirits.
Reporting to the Director of Procurement Proof+, the Program Manager, will manage the coordination and execution of our Supplier Diversity, Supplier Sustainability and Human Rights programs. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter with an ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Role Responsibilities
Supplier Sustainability: Collect and analyze supplier data required to report against SGS's Nature+ initiatives, inclusive of supplier's scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emisions and energy usage, recycled content percentage and recyclability assessment; Consolidate and verify packaging material, raw material and purchased alcohol volumes and weight data to be utilized within SGS's methodology; Support implementation, management, and execution of EUDR reporting requirements; Partner with Procurement Center of Excellence to maintain an overview of sustainable goods and service agreements that are in progress or planned to be negotiated and defined; Coordinates and maintains an overview of supplier sustainability performance evaluations required to verify compliance with SGS's requirements periodically; Execute engagement strategies, program and initiatives with selected Suntory Global Spirits (SGS) suppliers for reduction and external requirements (ex: Supplier Maturity Mountain, Sedex, EUDR); Human Rights: Ensures relevant percentage of the supply base is a member of Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX), at the company and site level (when required);Support CSR Supplier Risk Evaluation via data inputs and third party platform updates; Own data management of SGS's internal manufacturing sites Sedex reporting requirements and internal training;Prepare bi-annual documents for Human Rights review with SHD; Supplier Diversity: Support Tier 2 Supplier Diversity program management and reporting Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple external global, national and regional activations.; All: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. PP+ Leaders, Procurement, Sustainability, S2S, Finance, Operations) to support timely delivery of projects and reporting requirements; Lead the preparation and submission of disclosures for external reports and stakeholders, including but not limited to CSRD, C3SD, EUDR and Annual SGS Report; Manage annual updates of external facing procurement policies;

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, human rights, environmental science, sustainability, economics, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sustainability or supply chain management or applicable work experience
- Project management skills with demonstrated experience in self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, inclusive of analytical experience.
- Experience and comfort working within a matrixed environment (e.g., Sustainability, Procurement Teams, Business teams, R&D) and managing relationships with complex stakeholders.
- Proven analytics, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel (25% - 50%)
