Overview

The Employee Engagement Program Manager works directly with the TM Culture, Change & Operations Director to design, develop, implement, measure and continuously improve upon innovative, scalable Culture (e.g. Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) programs that align to our company vision, objectives and values. This position will focus on building Culture programs and capabilities that support the entire employee lifecycle-Attract, Develop, Promote and Retain and enhance our focus on being a Great Place to Work. Using a highly collaborative and consultative approach, the Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our programs are embedded consistently across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, measure, manage and enhance assigned Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) programs enterprise-wide
• Consult, coach, train, and partner with HRBPs and TDBPs to ensure Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) programs are delivered with effective and high-quality execution and embedded across Southern Glazer's
• Drive the improvement of Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) programs, policies and processes to include collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders to review and secure feedback
• Partner with People Analytics to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics and dashboards to analyze/report on and support Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) programs
• Based on insights gathered through internal listening channels and assessments, maintain a continuous pulse on Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) to showcase local and enterprise-wide wins and recommend areas of opportunities for simple action planning and accountability
• Develop, refresh, publish and distribute support and implementation materials/collateral for assigned Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement) programs
• Own the development and train-the-trainer delivery of training for assigned Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement) programs
• Serve as Culture, (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends and/or statistics to executive, senior leaders and front-line managers
• Actively engage with other members of Organizational Effectiveness and other HR Centers of Excellence as well as cross-functionally within the business on information requests and best practice sharing, etc.
• Research and keep abreast of external trends, innovations, and best practices in the Culture, (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) to ensure quality of programs
• Partner with vendors on soliciting proposals negotiating contracts, and managing to Culture, (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) budget
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience using Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) tools and systems
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing effective Culture (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) programs-including but not limited to Culture Transformation, Years of Service Programs, Peer to Peer and All Employee Performance Recognition, Action Planning, Facilitation, Project Management, Customer Service, Relationship Management, etc.) that are practical, realistic, and scalable
• Previous experience and ability handling confidential information; consistently acts with highest integrity
• Project Management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, remains flexible in a demanding work environment, and adapts to rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to develop creative solutions using innovative tools and drive effective organizational and behavioral change
• Advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations as needed to convey Culture, (e.g., Recognition, Teambuilding and Engagement etc.) information to HRBP, TDBP and business leaders in a succinct yet sufficiently descriptive manner, using sophisticated data visualizations and other presentation resources
• Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing with issues, problems, and events that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to act, take accountability for, and address any solutions that are not producing the desired impact.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
• Ability to make effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time upon request.

• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
