Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team and work closely with the founders of Red Hazel Spiced Whiskey. This role is essential to expanding Red Hazel's presence and strengthening relationships with accounts and customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about whiskey, have excellent sales and communication skills, and be eager to grow with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Account Interaction:
- Collaborate closely with the founders to visit existing and potential accounts weekly.
- Ensure that current accounts are well-stocked with Red Hazel products andprovide regular support to maintain inventory.
- Pitch and sell Red Hazel to potential new accounts, from restaurants toretailers, positioning our product as a must-have.
- Distribute marketing materials and educational resources to accounts,ensuring their staff is knowledgeable about Red Hazel and excited to promote it.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Red Hazel at select tastings and events to engage directly with customers and promote the whiskey.

2. Account Management:
- Identify and prioritize potential accounts 1-2 weeks in advance, balancing cold leads with warm prospects to optimize sales efforts.
- Achieve a monthly goal of securing 7-10 new accounts, tracking progress, and reporting regularly to the founders.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts, ensuring long-term success.

3. Support Red Hazel Campaigns & Initiatives:
- Actively participate in Red Hazel’s marketing campaigns by sharing or reposting content from the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram.
- Support the brand’s digital presence by encouraging accounts to engage with Red Hazel online and promoting events and promotions.

Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Passion for whiskey and strong knowledge of the spirits industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and sell to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing weekly visits and outreach efforts.
- Willingness to attend and represent the brand at events and tastings, occasionally outside normal business hours.

Compensation:
Hourly rate with performance-based incentives, travel reimbursements, and opportunities for growth within the company.
