
Total Wine & More is seeking a Workplace Solutions Technician to join our Workplace Solutions team in Bethesda, MD. We are passionate about leveraging technology to provide solutions, creating an experiential work environment through technology resources, and supporting our internal clients across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will include providing support for the various strategic initiatives to improve the end user technology stack, maintaining end point management and client computing services, and providing Tier 2 technical support to all end users. This includes, but is not limited to, operational duties such as setup, imaging and deployment/upgrade of desktop and laptop computers, mobile/tablets, UC End user services, printing, and other IT equipment for all team members within the enterprise.

You will
- Support the onboarding/continued management of Windows enterprise deployment
- Support the deployment of Apple/Macintosh devices
- Support the deployment of Android and iOS devices
- Utilize SCCM, intune, JAMF and airwatch in the support of end user devices
- Expand Corporate usage of Office 365 End User applications/management of existing Office 365 Portfolio
- Contribute to the MDM management practices to support all end user asset management procedures
- Troubleshoot and replace store PCs
- Assist in creating SOPs for hardware and software management
- Support end user projects and initiatives requiring Client Compute resources that are aligned to the overall business roadmap
- Analyze, troubleshoot and own incidents to temporary restoration and/or completion
- Maintain Communication with customers, keeping them informed of issue resolution status
- Participate in the planning of the replacement cycle of computers systems in the field along with the replacement cycle at SSC and for all notebook users.
- Maintain enterprise-wide inventory of all IT assets
- Effective utilization of resources to resolve problems on a daily basis
- Support Total Wine & More Proprietary Systems and Applications
- Testing, install, & support all proprietary systems as well as enterprise applications
- Printer (local & network) support
- Deployment and Management of Unified Communications end user services
- Provide computer/network orientation to new employees
You will come with
- 3+ years of experience with PC setup, installation, and troubleshooting, including experience with Microsoft Office 365/GSuite products and Apple/Machintosh
- Experience with MDM tools since as AirWatch, Intune, and/or JAMF
- Experience with configuration management tools such as SCCM
- 3+ years of experience with PC setup, installation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with the ITIL framework
- Enterprise experience with SCCM with focus on Client management, application deployment, update management, and baseline configuration, is preferred
- 2+ years of incident and/or problem management with strong communication skills and the ability to present to leadership
