Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead, Store Communications to join our growing Store Operations team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will acquire proficient knowledge of our internal task management system (Reflexis,) work cross-functionally to manage task communications to our 275+ stores and identify opportunities for process improvement. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Store Communications .

You will
  • Manage Total Wine & More's task management system designed to control SSC-to-store communications and workload, including overseeing our stores' daily workload planning processes, tactics, and communications.
  • Become the subject matter expert of the task management system - reviewing and editing projects, creating forms and store audits, completing general upkeep, and researching and resolving issues.
  • Design and facilitate large-scale and ad-hoc training related to communications processes and the task management system.
  • Partner with the Workforce Management Team to manage/host monthly field captain meetings.
  • Design and manage store-facing operations and engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to effectively balance and prioritize workload.
  • Generate reports to track compliance and other processes.
  • Develop long-term process improvement initiatives around workforce management and personalized communication.


You will come with
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with diverse group of members including field leadership, corporate leadership, and experts.
  • Ability to actively participate and communicate effectively in/via training sessions, meetings, and presentations.
  • Self-directed, highly driven, with a strong business sense and professional presence.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus

Total Wine & More considers several factors when establishing compensation. Estimated salaries determined by third parties have not been validated by Total Wine & More. The exempt compensation range for this position is $64,300-$97,500. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
