Overview
The New Accounts Manager plays a vital role in driving Allied Beverage Group's growth by identifying and onboarding new accounts within the On-Premise Channel. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end account opening process, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved.
Experience Needed in management of restaurants specifically front of house, Curation experience in cocktail and wine lists, pricing of items in on premise, and overall strong experience in front of house and bar operations.
The role also requires a sharp focus on creating new revenue opportunities, the New Accounts Manager collaborates closely with internal teams-including Sales, Operations, and Credit-as well as external partners and suppliers. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships.
In addition to overseeing account setup, the New Accounts Manager also contributes to the development of beverage programs and supports strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention. Through a proactive, customer-first approach, this role helps build the foundation for long-term success in Allied Beverage Group's on-premise business.
Responsibilities
Market Work
-Work the state opening high-potential large On Premise accounts
-Work with assigned Sales Representative(s), FSM(s), on Premise KAM, Sales Director(s), and VP On Premise
-Manage a "hand-off plan" once accounts open
-Enforce a companywide "brand standard" for all new On Premise accounts
-Manage a rep weekly recap system for the Director of New Accounts Development
Track new On Premise accounts coming to the market
-Manage and present weekly NAD Lead Tracker
-Reading restaurant blogs, newspapers, websites, etc. from across the state
-License clippings
-Leads services
Administrative Wor k
-Work with Director of New Accounts Development to manage an internal New Account request and tracking system
-Work with Credit Department
-Work with Sales Division
Salesforce New Account education
-Create and teach a quarterly educational seminar on the elements of how to open new accounts
-Coaching calls with sales reps and FSMs
-Create items for a "New Account" toolbox for the salesforce

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of previous experience preferred
- Previous experience with DIVER, public speaking, and training
- Must have strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have good organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must have excellent follow-up skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
