Total Wine & More is looking for a Lead, Consumer Insights Analyst - Marketing Measurement to join our Customer Analytics team onsite in Bethesda, MD. In this newly approved role, you will play a critical part in driving Performance Marketing efficiency by providing data-driven insights that improve incremental Return on Ad Spend ( iROAS ). This role will provide data-driven insights across key performance marketing channels, including OLV, CTV, paid social, display, affiliate, email, and push. You will be a critical thought partner to the Marketing team, responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies to maximize efficiency and customer engagement. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Analytics.

You will:

  • Lead the measurement and analysis of Performance Marketing channels, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency , incrementality and effectiveness


  • Develop, refine, and maintain incrementality and A/B testing frameworks and attribution methodologies to measure and optimize marketing investments


  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement


  • Own the development and automation of standard reporting dashboards to track key marketing KPIs


  • Use SQL to pull and manipulate data for reporting, program measurement, and investigative analytics


  • Leverage Power BI, Python, R, or other analytics tools to visualize findings and present recommendations to stakeholders


  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Marketing, Digital, and Merchandising to inform data-driven decision-making


You will come with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or related)


  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a marketing or digital media environment


  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation


  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and test/control experiments


  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and programming languages like Python or R for advanced analytics a plus


  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and statistical analysis


  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

The exempt compensation range for this position is $64,300 - $141,200. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
