
Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Events to join our growing Store Operations team in our Bethesda, MD office. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to plan, execute, and manage offsite events, educational trips and special tastings. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects. Additional responsibilities include administration of the Events Management Platform and organization of store tasting. You will report to the Manager, Events.
You will
• Plan and execute exciting off-site events in the wine and spirits industry.
• Serve as project manager for off-site events by planning and meeting deadlines with cross-functional partners.
• Source and collaborate with external vendors and agencies.
• Support in the planning and execution of company educational wine and spirits trips - creating training materials and coordinating travel.
• Create and present events-related updates to stakeholders on Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Oversee special tasting events by ensuring lineup of vendor tastings for new store Grand Openings.
• Administration of our Events Management Platform, including new store set up and special tasting schedules.

The exempt compensation range for this position is $53,600-$114,400. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience. You will

You will come with
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 3+ years of prior work experience.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in retail or customer service beneficial.
