Brand Strategy & Communication
• Develop the brand’s core marketing messaging and point of difference to ensure effective execution across all customer touch-points.
• Work with internal and external teams to develop and implement seasonal, regional, and evergreen marketing campaigns.
Integrated Marketing
• Successfully develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (digital, social media, print, experiential, etc.) for the brand.
• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand/business goals.
• Own and manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Trade Marketing
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement and measure targeted programs across key accounts, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, providing them with tools, resources, and support to drive brand success in the marketplace.
• Develop trade engagement program as a way to increase visibility and foster brand affinity among trade community, open new accounts, and drive sales in existing accounts.
Community & Partnerships
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, organizers, and like-minded brands to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach
• Expand the Ten To One community and develop strategy to engage more effectively both online and offline
• Identify and manage brand advocates/loyalists who can help spread positive word-of-mouth and increase brand visibility on Ten To One’s behalf.
Team MGMT & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Digital & Paid Media: Monitor and optimize digital marketing initiatives (SEO, social, influencer, email) to drive consumer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Event MGMT: Manage inbounds for brand events (trade shows, consumer tastings, brand activations, etc), as well as the teams to deliver successful on-budget execution.
• Creative Direction: Support Creative Director in the development of all brand assets ensuring that Art Direction aligns with campaign objectives
EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
• Proven track record working in the BevAlc space with a passion for spirits. Experience scaling an emerging spirits brand in the craft/luxury sector is a plus.!
• Ability to generate disruptive new ideas (even on a limited budget) in support of our core priorities, and build a nimble “test & learn” culture that drives our GTM.
• A relentless focus on measurable results, with proven ability to drive sales, brand awareness, and engagement through effective tactics
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with an ability to effectively project manage across the organization
• Highly organized with exceptional leadership and communication skills
