About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics, to join our Digital Analytics team in Bethesda, MD office. This role focuses on analyzing customer behavior and turning those insights into strategies for personalizing the user experience across our website and app. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for uncovering insights-someone who enjoys diving into data to explore when, where, and how customers interact with our digital channels. This role reports to Director, Advanced Analytics.

You will
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand and support their analytics needs
  • Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement to uncover actionable insights
  • Contribute to the ongoing advancement of our analytics capabilities, tools, and best practices
  • Support the development and execution of a personalization roadmap across key digital touchpoints, including web and mobile

You will come with
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably within a business or digital environment
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • Proficient in SQL and solid understanding of relational database concepts
  • experience with predictive analytics or data science techniques using R or Python
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams and departments
  • Excellent communication skills-able to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

The exempt compensation range for this position is $64,300 - $141,200. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
