As the Lead Associate, Concierge Sales your role is to driving top-line sales and margin growth through strategic collaboration with the SSC (Store Support Center) and retail stores. The exempt compensation range for this position is $64,300-$141,200. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience. You will
- Drive topline sales through acquisition and retention of clients.
- Generate and pursue leads to establish 1:1 relationship, converting customers to dedicated clients.
- Build and strengthen personal connections with existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to create clients from prospects.
- Analyze sales data to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
- Address client needs promptly, providing consultative selling and tailored solutions to enhance year-over-year sales and gross margin.
- Conduct outreach to clients through various channels including email, phone, and text.
- Showcase products and services in a personalized, compelling manner to drive sales.
- Collaborate with In-store Client Captains to support and follow up on provided leads.
- Partner with In-store Concierge Captains to increase customer interactions and sales.
- Navigate the Concierge website, Slatwall, and external resources like Wine Searcher efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking selling activities and directing follow-up actions based on data insights.
- Gain and share knowledge on High-Value Wines and Spirits, National Brand, and Direct offerings.
- Handle inbound sales calls and perform required operational tasks to support both internal and external sales efforts.
- Travel within the assigned region and beyond as required.
- Deliver presentations and attend networking events and VIP events to promote offerings.
- Respond to client inquiries via calls and emails in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with peer Private Client Agents, SSC business partners, and field leadership to drive sales initiatives.
You will come with
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in Wine and Spirits (e.g., WSET, TWP, TSP) are highly desirable.
- Prioritize industry certifications such as TWP, TSP, WSET.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales or management experience in a related field.
- Experience in planning and executing promotional events and tastings.
- Proven expertise in building a robust portfolio of clients.
- Strong track record of driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experienced in managing sales activities within CRM systems like Salesforce.
