
Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead Consumer Insights Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team, supporting high-visibility workstreams across marketing, advertising spend , and promotions analytics. This role will focus on measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness, understanding customer behavior, and improving promotional strategies to drive profitable growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Analytics, you will partner closely with Marketing and other teams to deliver insights that shape strategic decision-making.

You will:
- Offer comprehensive support for digital and terrestrial radio marketing initiatives, measuring and optimizing ROI
- Provide deep analysis and insights to enhance performance marketing (including channels like OLV, CTV, paid social, display, affiliate, email, and push)
- Develop, monitor, analyze and optimize promotional strategies, including loyalty, campaigns, coupons and discounts, to drive sales growth and profitability
- Collaborate on the maintenance of marketing mix models to understand the contribution of different channels to overall sales and customer acquisition
- Develop frameworks for evaluating multi-touch attribution, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize projects, ensuring that data insights align with business goals
- Perform in-depth customer and transactional data analysis to understand behaviors and trends related to promotions and marketing initiatives
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation, alongside tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python for data visualization and insights communication
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by collaborating with data engineering and IT teams on data pipelines and sources
- Work closely with the broader analytics and marketing teams to build standard and ad hoc reports that highlight key performance metrics
You will come with:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or similar)
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on performance marketing channels or promotions
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Experience in digital and/or terrestrial radio marketing analysis is highly desirable
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to leadership
