Total Wine & More is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Analytics to join our Digital Team. You will lead a team that leverages data and insights to understand the holistic Digital Business and grow the existing business via the optimization program. A test & learn mind set is essential, as is the ability to work cross-functionally to execute digital experiments and measure them effectively. This role will have high visibility to senior leadership, thus strong communication and the ability to articulate insights and recommendations at a high-level is critical. A strong understanding for Digital data is also a must. This role will report to the Director of Digital Analytics.

You will
  • Lead a team of analysts in the efforts to measure and evaluate the Digital Business.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement through data analysis to improve and make strategic recommendations.
  • Guide end-to-end implementation of testing and optimization plans.
  • Produce testable hypotheses related to customer acquisition/retention, micro and macro conversion, user experience and product features.
  • Participate in the Agile process and bring decision-driving information to each of the teams to support the product and optimization roadmaps.
  • Partner with the Digital Product, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to help identify areas of opportunity for driving traffic to the website and mobile app.
  • Provide guidance to Product Owners and Analytics Tagging on needs of the business.
  • Connect insights from multiple sources of data to provide creative perspectives.
  • Be the A/B Testing and Digital Data Expert, ensuring integrity is maintained by launching and managing tests across our website and mobile apps, and reporting results concisely.


You will come with
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of experience as an analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading an a/b testing program.
  • Experience managing individual contributors in a fast-paced analytics environment.
  • Strong experience using web optimization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience using SQL or Python to perform advanced analytics and query data from relational databases.

The exempt compensation range for this position is $96,400 - $204,400. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
