Total Wine & More is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Digital Merchandising to join our Digital Merchandising team onsite in Bethesda, MD. This role will be responsible for maximizing online sales and enhancing customer engagement through effective product presentation, promotional strategies, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll lead the charge in shaping the digital merchandising strategy for our thriving Beer & More business! You drive sales and enhance margins across all Beer & More categories by curating and refining exceptional shopping experiences for our varied customer segments. By tapping into your deep understanding of customer preferences and shopping habits, you'll create innovative solutions that make every purchase memorable and enjoyable.

You will

• Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to enhance online strategies that boost sales and maximize margins.
• Drive the digital merchandising strategy across our website, mobile site, and app, focusing on elevating category sales through impactful visual displays of category and brand pages, as well as managing the overall editorial calendar.
• Play a key role in shaping and executing a robust content strategy that includes brand pages, SEO initiatives, and more
• Develop category-specific strategies that create unique shopping experiences for targeted customer segments, utilizing your in-depth understanding of their needs and shopping behaviors
• Transform omni-channel strategies into a seamless online experience across our website, mobile site, and app, making informed decisions to enhance page views and optimize conversion rates.
• Oversee the online taxonomy, navigation, and sorting to ensure a user-friendly shopping experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of site merchandisers, fostering their professional growth and success.
• Meet and exceed financial targets and KPIs for each category

You will come with:

• 5+ years' experience in digital merchandising, digital marketing or a combination
• Bachelor's Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Advertising, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively apply knowledge by creating action plans (Adobe experience preferred)
• Proven leadership skills managing a team
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere, while understanding big-picture objectives and strategy
• Ability to manage workload, project plans, and to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Must be a self-starter and a team player who strives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must be flexible and easily adapt to change as business priorities shift

The exempt min to mid compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $144,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
