The Marketing Manager’s primary goal is to work with the management team to understand target customer profiles in the adult beverage industry, tailoring marketing activities to achieve sales goals.
1. Develop and implement marketing strategy that reaches prospective customers, revolves around company’s value proposition, provides a competitive advantage and discovers areas for organizational growth.
2. Collaborate and enable organic and new sales growth.
3. Enhance Spearhead's visibility at industry events, and create opportunities for global engagement through trade shows, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Strategic Marketing:
1.)Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Spearhead’s value proposition, competitive advantages, and organizational growth objectives.
2.) Generate Qualified Leads: Set a target to identify qualified leads year over year and improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
3. Expand Brand Awareness: Enhance Spearhead's visibility at industry events, and create opportunities for global engagement through trade shows, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Campaign Management:
- Social Media & Content: Develop and oversee content strategy, including a monthly blog and social media posts optimized for SEO, ensuring engagement and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns via Monday.com CRM, focusing on lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Event Marketing: Research and attend relevant trade shows globally. Set up meetings, organize events, and manage trade show budgets to increase brand exposure.
Product Marketing:
- Catalog and Materials Management: Create and maintain sales product catalogues and marketing materials, making the purchasing process smoother for customers. Work with design teams to ensure consistent branding across all marketing assets.
· New Product Launches: Lead marketing initiatives for new product launches, collaborating with R&D and account managers to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, and Account Managers) to ensure marketing efforts are in line with company objectives, particularly in identifying new market opportunities.
- Advise the team on competitor activities and Spearhead’s market positioning to refine ongoing marketing initiatives.
Memberships and Participation:
· Ownership of membership and even participation activities, ensuring that Spearhead Global is always aware of upcoming industry events and that participation in events is strategic and value added by creating a strategic and tactical plan for participation.
· Maintain cost management while adding value to our presence in the industry by creating & implementing a professional organization membership system for company and individual employees
Budget and KPI Management:
· Marketing Budget: Manage the marketing department’s budget and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
· Department Performance Metrics: Regularly track and report on KPIs such as marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates, and website traffic).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Awards & Recognition: Identify and apply for relevant industry awards that enhance Spearhead’s credibility and market standing.
- Diversity Initiatives: Research and recommend partnerships with spirits companies that support DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives for supplier diversity.
Qualifications:
Required Experience & Abilities:
5-7 years of work experience in marketing spirits brands or spirits packaging companies or similar industries.
Demonstrated experience in industry events.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
