OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Community & Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and engaging our community online and in person across various platforms, partnerships, and events while creating compelling and relevant content that resonates with our audience. The Content and Community Manager will play a key role in building brand awareness, fostering community growth, and driving engagement through digital marketing and brand events*

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Digital Community Engagement: 
  • Foster Ten To One’s online community by actively engaging with users on social media platforms, email, forums, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor community feedback, comments, and inquiries, and respond in a timely manner to build positive relationships with our audience.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content, discussions, and participation within the community.
  • Plan and schedule social media & email content calendar, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Content Creation:
  • Assist in developing content and content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand aesthetic.
  •  Create engaging and shareable content including but not limited to articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and meets quality standards.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and effectively present to teammates and outside partners
Events & Community Building Initiatives:
  • Plan and execute online and offline community-building initiatives 
  • Identify the right talent, influencers, and partners across markets to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its community, advocating for user needs and feedback internally.
  • Actively participating and attending Ten To One sponsored events to capture content & socialize with trade & community members.
EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in community management, social media management, or content creation
  • Comfortable with photography & videography
  • Independent, self-starter, and takes ownership and initiative over their own work stream
  • Curious with an appetite to continuously learn new skills &  technology 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented, highly flexible, “self-starter” with a drive to actively contribute in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment 
TOOLS
  • Proficient in Keynote, G-Suite. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory.
