Total Wine & More is seeking a Digital Merchandising Coordinator to join our Digital Merchandising team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will play a critical role in planning and launching experiences that drive profitable sales and customer engagement. This includes landing pages, navigation, and other critical elements of the digital journeys of our key customer segments. The candidate needs to have close attention to detail, interest in e-commerce business practices, curiosity for marketplace trends, ability to learn analytics/new reporting tools and strong communication skills. You will report into the Sr. Manager, Digital Wine.

You will
  • Be responsible for implementing the digital strategy that brings the customer journeys, website launches and product launches to life
  • Be responsible for analyzing and optimizing key website features - navigation and taxonomy
  • Assist in planning and executing merchandised pages and tactics to improve discovery and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, creative and web operations/production on planning and execution
  • Develop expertise in online merchandising and related best practices by staying current with trends and competition


You will come with
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in in an e-commerce or omni-channel capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills a must, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with cross-functional team communication and collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, hands on environment

The exempt wage range for this position is $53,600 - $114,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
